ABOUT COACH VIRO
Coach Viro is Adam Virant, a coach and the Director of Baseball Operations for the Savannah Bananas.
His journey to the world of entertaining baseball started as a New York City attorney before he pivoted to his true passion for the game, youth coaching, and eventually leading the Bananas' show.
He is known for his ability to blend entertainment and excellence in baseball, with a philosophy centered on building strong team culture, giving players freedom, and creating a joyous fan experience.
Coach Viro has appeared on 60 Minutes, Bananaland (ESPN series), NPR radio,
HBO Real Sports and many national and local media outlets.
